Instructions for Problems with Navigational Menus

1. Open your web browser.

2. From the Tools menu choose Internet Options

3. Click on the Security tab (see example below). Next, click on the Custom Level… button

4. Scroll down and check to see what your Microsoft VM (Virtual Machine) settings are for Java (see below). If they are set to Custom, change them. Click OK to close this window.

5. Next, click on the Advanced tab. Scroll down and make sure that your Microsoft VM is set as below.

6. If none of the above has corrected the problem, http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. This should direct you to Microsoft’s update site. Download the recommended updates and try again.
