The state of Colorado requires that all students in the public school system be compliant with state required vaccinations. This also includes those students who are remote/virtual and enrolled in RE#ONE pathways. Legally students are not allowed to be in school if their vaccinations are not compliant. Compliant means that the student's vaccinations are completed and compliant in our system, an exemption form is signed and turned in or there is a plan in process (the student has a doctor appointment to receive the vaccination). The school will need a note from the doctor's office stating they will be receiving the vaccination on "this date". The health assistant will then follow up after that date.
This year the exclusion date for non-compliant student vaccinations is October 30th. Your child will not be allowed to come to school on or after October 30th if they are not compliant with their vaccinations. If you are unsure about your child's vaccination status, please reach out to the health office your child's school and they can assist you.
Resources for vaccinations include:
Any primary care provider office
Northeast Colorado Health Department
Any of the pharmacies
Links to required vaccinations and exemption forms

https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/vaccine-exemptions
The health office and the district appreciates your cooperation with this.

Just a reminder Friday, October 16th is our practice remote learning day. RE-1 Food Service Dept will offer a GRAB & GO lunch of Burritos, chips, fruit cups, and milk which will be distributed between 12pm-1pm at the Sterling High School south parking lot by the kitchen for all of the Sterling schools. If you have students at multiple schools you can pick all of them up at SHS. Please notify your school cafeteria or contact our Food Service Director and let her know how many lunches you will need that day. 970-5222-0792 x.1254 or email: lockej@re1valleyschools.org

School is Wednesday August 19. Helpful tip:
Ear buds and Headphones--If your child has these, you can send these back and forth each day in your child's backpack, or leave at school in your child's desk cubby. This will help us with our limited headphones supplies due to Covid procedures. Please write your child's name or initials on your equipment.

School is Wednesday August 19. Helpful tip:
To drop off and pick up your child each morning and afternoon, use Washington Street (street between two churches), then you will drive onto our parking lot, through the yellow gates, and up to our front of our school. We will use some colored cones for the first days to help guide you. You will then exit our parking lot by turning onto Clark Street.
Do not enter our parking lot from Clark Street in the morning or afternoon as that is against the parent traffic pattern.
Buses will drop off on the south side of our school (on the half circle).

To all parents in need of transportation to school. Please complete this brief survey. If your child does not need transportation you do not need to complete the survey. I appreciate your patience and grace as we navigate these new restrictions.

Update March 29
Hello Campbell community:
We have had numerous online meetings with administration and our Campbell leadership team during this last week's extended Spring Break.
Teachers will be emailing their students' parents in their reading and math classes. The email will describe the grade level's plan for remote learning while our schools are closed.
We are tentatively scheduling a "drive by pickup" (of materials that are in your child's desk that will be bagged and handed to you in your car) for next Friday April 3. More information will be coming soon about the time period for the grade level, and the locations outside the school for the drive by. Please keep your library books at this time as there is no library checkouts at the school.
Health assistants will contact parents for appointments to come pick up medicines.
School offices will be closed to the public from the direction of the governor's orders. If you need to contact us, please call 522-2514 or email a specific staff member (staff emails are on the Campbell website).
Our lives have changed in the last few weeks, but we can continue to team together during this crisis to support each other in our community.
