Student Material Distribution
Below is the schedule for picking up your student’s materials from their homeroom teacher. Please read through everything carefully. Following the schedule and the outlined procedure should make this run fairly smoothly. THANK YOU for your cooperation.

Please adhere to the times on this schedule. We will only have materials available for the specific grade levels at the designated times.
PLEASE RETURN ALL LIBRARY BOOKS AT THIS TIME!!!! We have gotten them from desks.
We are asking that your students stay at home if at all possible … YES!! We all want to see them, but we also want to keep everyone safe!
If you have more than one student at Ayres, all materials will be with the oldest student’s homeroom teacher, so you will not have to come more than one time.

Stay in your vehicles at all times – Stay in the drive-through lane closest to the curb – Do not park
As you enter the parking lots, we will radio ahead with the student’s name and homeroom teacher, and it will be ready for you as your drive through.
Be sure to go through the materials as soon as you get home – check to make sure you got the right materials, and there are several extra papers included in your materials bag for you to know how we plan on progressing through the next few weeks.
If you cannot come during your scheduled time, you must make arrangements for someone else to pick up your student’s materials. You must also communicate your arrangement either with your classroom teacher or the office BEFORE noon on Friday, April 3rd; otherwise, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
