RE-1 Valley School District is seeking qualified Design-Build teams to partner with the District on a potential large-scale facilities improvement project, supported by a voter-approved bond and contingent upon the award of a BEST Grant.
Project Overview
This project is focused on maintaining and enhancing learning environments across the district’s schools in Sterling and Iliff.
Planned improvements may include:
• HVAC and building control system upgrades
• Safety enhancements, including secure entry vestibules
• Athletic field and stadium improvements
• Additional site and infrastructure upgrades
The estimated project budget is approximately $29 million, pending award of the BEST Grant.
Please note: The district will proceed with contracting only if the BEST Grant is awarded.
